Beagle Street encourages living life to the full with #LeapSecondMovie

By Gillian West Beagle Street has challenged BAFTA-nominated filmmaker Gary Tarn to produce the world’s shortest short film, #LeapSecondMovie, to commemorate today’s Leap Second (Tuesday 30 June).
