The two competing cars are said to have come close to one another when the Google vehicle pulled in front of the Delphi model, making it abandon a planned lane change. Colleagues and friends have paid tribute to the 38-year-old, who had presented shows including Club Cupid, The Hour and 60 Minute Makeover.
