Ad of the Day: Airbnb - #HostWithPride

By Gillian West To celebrate Pride Month Airbnb has launched #HostWithPride, a film detailing the extra care LGBT travellers need to take. Created by Molecule SF, the three and a half minute long video sees LGBT couples talk about their travel experiences and worries they have. The film fits beautifully with the brand’s ‘Belong Anywhere’ messaging and finishes with the endline ‘We look forward to a world where all love is welcome,’ and we second that. Unilever to crowdsource sustainability innovations from consumers

By Seb Joseph Unilever is crowdsourcing sustainability ideas from consumers as the latest phase of its Foundry initiative to connect the business to entrepreneurial ideas. The company unveiled the Foundry IDEAS platform at the Cannes Lions festival today (26 June) and it will act us a hub for consumers and entrepreneurs to work together to tackle sustainability challenges. The peer-to-peer mechanic is an extension of the one behind existing Foundry initiative. Similar to the Foundry, “grand challenges” will be regularly uploaded to the Foundry IDEAS site where its community can then either submit ideas or add to other people’s in response to the pitches. Kanye West tops Glastonbury 2015 Twitter conversations

By John McCarthy Kanye West has been revealed as the most tweeted about artist attending Glastonbury 2015 in the run up the festival. Figures released by Twitter state that West was mentioned ahead of Bastille, the Foo Fighters, Florence and the Machine and James Bay, to top the list.
