Analysing the UK’s top media brands, the report found that the print industry typically generated three times the volume of social media mentions that TV or radio achieved. The New York Department of Consumer Affairs accused the upmarket organic food retailer of overstating the weight of some pre-packaged products, resulting in customers being charged up to $4.13 more than they should have. The governmental department conducted tests on 80 different pre-packaged products bought in nine of its New York stores found that all were labelled with erroneous weights.
