The Financial Times bolsters content marketing offering with FT² launch

By Ronan Shields It’s Ad Week New York and the Financial Times is using the opportunity to unveil its branded content unit FT² that will help advertisers better match their commercial messaging to FT editorial content in a number of ways. FT² was unveiled earlier today (28 September) with launch partners the Zurich Insurance Group and Santander. Netflix offers walkthrough to build a ‘Netflix and Chill’ button - you're going to need a screwdriver

By John McCarthy Video streaming company Netflix has acknowledged its entry into the mainstream with the creation of the ‘Netflix and Chill’ button. A new video from the company shows engineers developing the button which dims the lights, activates mobile’s ‘Do Not Disturb’ features before finally setting the TV to the app, subtly referencing the phrase which has been adopted by the Tinder generation. ITV looks to poach BBC's Robert Peston as it attempts to take top spot in 10 o'clock news battle
