One video features Londoner Sammy Green who used rugby to turn his life around and then mentored Jake Smyth, who was also heading down the wrong path. Havas acquires digital comms group Fullsix for roughly $75m

By Minda Smiley Havas has announced that it is acquiring Paris-based digital communications firm Fullsix. While terms of the deal have not been disclosed, Ad Age has reported that Havas will likely pay $75m. It also reported that Havas has not made an acquisition this large in 15 years. Fullsix was founded by Marco Tinelli and brought in about $67m in revenue last year. It has over 600 employees in France, Portugal, the UK, Spain, the US and Italy. The streaming giant analysed its global streaming data with the benefit of having no commercial breaks or even episode schedules to break up consumption. The resulting data, gathered from Brazil, Belgium, Canada, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Mexico, Netherlands, Norway, Sweden, UK and US between January and July 2015, helped creators decipher the exact episode viewers get hooked on a certain franchise.
