Nike puts football fans inside locker room during stirring half-time speech from Barcelona's Arda Turan

By Tony Connelly Nike has launched a new 360 degree ad campaign which puts football fans inside the locker room of the Turkish national team for an inspirational half-time speech by their captain and Barcelona star, Arda Turan. The campaign was created by Wieden+Kennedy Amsterdam and initially launched last week with a poignant 60-second ad featuring captain, Turan, giving a half-time talk in an attempt to inspire the team to overturn a first half loss. After a difficult day whittling down a record-breaking amount of entries the judging panel for The Drum’s Digital Trading Awards has revealed the shortlisted finalists ahead of the awards ceremony where the UK’s finest ad tech luminaries will gather to hear who will take the top accolades. Pelé sues Samsung for $30m after it used a lookalike following failed ad negotiations

By Tony Connelly Football legend Pelé has launched legal proceedings against Samsung, claiming that it used a lookalike in it one of its advertising campaigns last year. The former Brazilian footballer filed a lawsuit against the Samsung in Chicago earlier this month after the company used a lookalike in a full-page ad published in the New York Times in October 2015 for its ultrahigh-definition TVs. New York Botanical Garden gets new identity for 125th anniversary

Designed by Pentagram the branding keeps the heritage of NYBG while also establishing a fresh and contemporary look to position the Garden for the future. NYBG tasked the agency with creating a cohesive identity that would encompass all of its programming and initiatives, which includes scientific research.
