Job listing hints at Spotify's hardware ambitions

By John McCarthy Audio streaming company Spotify could be eyeing a foray into wearables or hardware as hinted by a recent job posting. The Spotify official careers page saw an ad for a “passionate and seasoned senior product manager,” earlier in the week. It’s now either been filled or removed from the site, as the company has made no prior announcements underlining an interest in hardware. Tribeca Film Festival pulls United Airlines ad from screenings

By Kyle O'Brien When a 30-second ad for United Airlines’ Polaris Business Class ran before the first film last Wednesday at the opening gala at the Tribeca Film Festival, it was met with laughter by the crowd at Radio City Music Hall.
