By Katie Deighton Proving that size isn’t everything, EE and Vodafone have been jointly rated as the UK’s worst mobile phone providers when it comes to customer experience, while Giffgaff has been ranked as the best. This is according to a report from consumer group Which?, which surveyed 4,026 members of the public on their mobile provider experiences. The population sample awarded both EE and Vodafone customer scores of 50% – the lowest of the providers on offer – while Giffgaff, which runs off O2’s network and offers low-cost, no contract deals, received a customer rating of 81%. Created by agency of record Whitespace, the currently under-wraps spot features a ‘James Bond-esque’ figure parachuting into the Scottish scenery, before embarking on a high-speed run and jump onto a speeding train. The Wedding – the first spot produced by Ogilvy & Mather London since it won the account from Grey earlier this year – sees Freeman play a blundering guest at a wedding in Majorca. The discussion was with Russia’s ambassador in the US , said the Post .
