By Tony Connelly Facebook has revealed it will launch a dedicated video creation app as it looks to appeal to its creator community and step up competition to YouTube. The new app will launch later this year and, similar to Facebook Mentions, will only be available to verified accounts, which include the likes of journalists, celebrities and significant online influencers.
