Nintendo increased TV advertising spend to counter Spider-Man release

By John Glenday Nintendo has dominated an analysis of video game television advertising spend through August with an estimated budget of $6.2m for the month, up on the $5.8m spent in July, to sail past Sony’s own marketing spend which was dedicated to a new PlayStation Spiderman title. Clemenger Group NZ CEO Jim Moser assumes new group role as Jim Gall becomes chief exec

By Danielle Long Jim Moser is to step down as chief executive officer of Clemenger Group New Zealand after ten years in the role to become chief executive of Clemenger Marketing Services. The change will see Moser responsible for all of Clemenger Group’s Australian companies, excluding Clemenger BBDO Melbourne and Sydney and CHE Proximity. He will be replaced by Jim Gall, the founder and chief executive of Redhanded Communications, a company that was acquired by Clemenger four years ago.
