By Jennifer Faull News Corporation is considering the sale of video ad platform Unruly, according to reports from Sky News. The media giant acquired the London-based company for £114m in 2015 but is understood to have hired Needham, a US-based investment bank, to advise on an auction. Sky quoted media industry sources who claimed that it had not yet made a definitive decision to proceed with a sale. Unruly – founded by Sarah Wood, Scott Button and Matt Cooke in 2006 – currently manages handles all of News Corp’s digital advertising.
