By Minda Smiley The National Association of Realtors (NAR), which represents both the residential and commercial real estate industries, has named Boston-based Arnold as its agency of record after a competitive review involving 18 agencies. Havas’s Arnold has been primarily tasked with helping NAR revamp the role of the realtor. Uber drivers attacked in Mexico City in latest cabbie revolt

By Tony Connelly Uber drivers in Mexico City have been attacked during protests as the revolt against the mobile taxi app continues to heat up. Crowds of protesters attacked Uber driver’s cars outside Mexico City’s airport, hitting the cars with stones and bats as well as throwing flour and eggs through open windows. The violence culminated as licensed taxi drivers demanded a complete halt on the app-based ride service in the capital. MicroLoan Foundation gives small businesses premium ad space in London for latest campaign

By Jennifer Faull A campaign for the MicroLoan Foundation – a charity that enables women in Malawi and Zambia to work their way out of poverty – has offered small businesses ad space in premium London as part of a new campaign. Exterion and Total Media donated 200 sites in the London Underground to the charity, but rather than using it to advertise themselves, MicroLoan Foundation offered up the space to female entrepreneurs and woman led start-ups in the UK.
