Quibi/NBC News pairing targets Millenials with daily mobile news bulletins

Former Kraft Heinz CMO Eduardo Luz resurfaces at health supplement brand

By Katie Deighton Eduardo Luz, the former US chief marketing officer of Kraft Heinz, has been named chief executive of 8Greens, a health supplement brand. Luz, who was also the global brand officer of the food company, departed Kraft Heinz after just eight months in May amid a tumultuous period at the company. Its stocks tumbled 27% in February when $15bn was written off the value of its Kraft and Oscar Mayer brands. Chief executive Bernardo Hees handed in his notice the month before. A branch of India’s ruling party renews calls for a ban on TikTok

By Charlotte McEleny The Swadeshi Jagran Manch (SJM), the economic wing of the Indian ruling party Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh, has called for video sharing site TikTok to be banned in India. Calls for the Bytedance-owned platform and social network Helo to be banned has been ongoing in India, starting earlier this year when the government first called for bans because it believed it encouraged online predators. Nissan celebrates 50 years of innovation following the moon landing

The auto brand partnered with ITV to launch the campaign on 16 July. The 60 second film featured a skateboarding astronaut in zero G environment. A voiceover talks viewers through the legacy of the moon landing in 1969. Focus later changes to Earth where a man is enjoying driving the Nissan Qashqai, it comparable to skateboarding on the moon.
