BJL takes to Tinder for graduate recruitment drive

Advertising and communications agency BJL has developed a new recruitment campaign on Tinder as it looks to entice graduates to its new talent development program.

Tinder users who come into contact with the BJL profile will be met with a picture of an empty yellow seat which is “looking for ass” and given an invitation to ‘swipe right’ if they’re looking to get their “career off to a flyer”.
