Investis, the digital corporate communications company, has today acquired competitor Global3Digital for an undisclosed sum.

This comes as Investis looks to strengthen its European position, having acquired Morningstar IR Services in 2012 and expanded into the US in 2013.

Helen James, CEO of Investis, commented: ‘We are delighted to acquire Global3Digital at a time when companies are increasingly focused on digital channels as their primary means of communication.
