Wales follows in Scotland's wake adopting .Wales and .Cymru web domains

Wales will soon have its own little corner of the internet when it adopts new web domains .Cymru and .Wales in November.

The Welsh National Assembly will be the first site to use the domain with Media Wales’ Wales Online and Daily Post sites, and the Welsh Rugby Union set to follow.

As of November, businesses will be capable of making the transition to the new adresses whereas individuals will have to wait until March 2015 to have their applications processed.
