Matmi founder Jeff Coghlan has announced that he is stepping aside as the head of the company and will be replaced as managing director by long-serving operations manager Michelle Hill.

The move sees the game developer and digital studio reposition itself as it moves into its 15th year in operation.

Coghlan will assume the role of chief technology officer at Matmi with Mark Shipley also joining the business as non-executive director to help guide the next phase of growth.
