Under Armour signs Andy Murray as brand ambassador in deal estimated to be worth £15m

US sportswear brand Under Armour has signed British tennis champion Andy Murray as its brand ambassador in a four-year deal widely estimated to be worth £15m.

The deal, confirmed on the Andy Murray blog this morning, will see the 2013 Wimbledon champion wear sports apparel, footwear, and accessories from the brand as well as appear in its marketing campaigns.

He will also make public appearances for the brand, beginning in January 2015, and participate in global training and tennis activations.
