Global has hired Guardian Media Group’s (GMG) chief financial officer Darren Singer in the same role.
Singer will join the board of the media and entertainment group reporting into group CEO Stephen Miron.
At GMG, Singer was instrumental in the development and execution of the company’s successful business transformation plan. Singer also sat on the board of Top Right Group, representing GMG’s interests in the joint venture with Apax Partners.
