The programme, sponsored by ISBA, Adobe and British Airways and developed in partnership with McKinsey & Company is open to 15 ‘Fellows’. They must typically have 15 years leadership experience and demonstrate a clear ambition and the potential to take on the top job.
Sessions include a three-day residential course plus ongoing masterclasses that cover elements such as corporate finance, governance, industrial relations and supply chain.
There is also a mentorship scheme, offering Fellows the chance for one-on-one coaching with some of the most high-profile names in British business.
Marketing Week is a founding partner of the scheme.
