Utilising the strapline, which was recently resurrected by the brewery in a number of interactive executions such as a beer-sharing billboard, beer sharing luggage carousels and specialised hair grooming products, Runnymede councillor Michael Kusneraitis shared anti-immigrant rhetoric on Facebook.
Making light of the deaths of those crossing the Mediterranean for refuge, Kusneraitis posted an image of 14 naked woman partying on a boat with the strapline “If Carlsberg did illegal immigrants…’
