Havas has announced that it is acquiring Paris-based digital communications firm Fullsix.
While terms of the deal have not been disclosed, Ad Age has reported that Havas will likely pay $75m.
It also reported that Havas has not made an acquisition this large in 15 years.
Fullsix was founded by Marco Tinelli and brought in about $67m in revenue last year. It has over 600 employees in France, Portugal, the UK, Spain, the US and Italy.
