The first TV ad from online estate agents HouseSimple.com has been named Ad of the Week by readers of The Drum’s Creative Showcase.
Created by Wordley Production, the colourful spot is set on Simple Street and shows how the platform differs from traditional factors.
The campaign is supported by an OOH push on the London Underground tube network, which was developed by MNC.
