B&Q’s Chris Moss has decided to step down from his role as customer and marketing director as new chief executive Michael Loeve readies a “new, internationally diverse” management team.
Moss, who has been in the role for two years, leaves the business just five months after the departure of former chief exec Kevin O’Byrne. During his tenure he was responsible for implementing B&Q’s 2014 ‘Unleashed’ marketing campaign.
Moss’ resignation comes at a time of change for B&Q following O’Byrne’s departure and that of commercial director and former Matalan chief executive Darren Blackhurst for Morrisons.
