Former Mecom, Endemol and Disney senior executive, Tom Toumazis is to join The Lad Bible group board as a non-executive director.

Most recently at Yahoo as head of partnerships EMEA, Toumazis will work closely with chief executive Solly Solomou and the publisher’s management team to develop the business further with a particular focus on commercial growth, content development and international expansion.

The firm has also brought on board Jonathan Durden, formerly president and co-founder of global agency PHD, as a senior advisor and hired tech investment bank GP Bullhound as corporate advisor.
