Anti-gun outfit Everytown has drafted in Spike Lee to direct a series of videos featuring NBA stars that will urge the US public to end gun violence, with the campaign featuring all-star athletes such as Carmelo Anthony, Stephen Curry, Joakim Noah, Chris Paul, plus Grammy-Nominated Artist Andra Day.
Everytown for Gun Safety Support Fund today (December 23) announced the campaign which will focus on the 88 Americans who are killed with guns every day, plus the hundreds more who are injured, and is set to run during ABC and ESPN’s basketball coverage on December 25.
