DDB New York’s chief creative officer Icaro Doria thinks the best creatives are the ones who are “so passionate about their ideas that you don’t have to tell them that they can do better.”
The Brazil native took on his new role at DDB in March where he’s been tasked with coming up with new and more nimble ways to create great work for clients.
Before joining DDB New York, he founded and served as executive creative director of Wieden + Kennedy Sao Paulo.
Throughout his career, Doria has held creative director positions at Saatchi & Saatchi, Y&R, and Goodby Silverstein & Partners.
