The Guardian will announce a raft of job cuts to its London office next week, The Times reports.
Parent company Guardian Media Group is reportedly facing increasing losses, rising from £45m to nearly £50m in the year to March 31.
Citing unnamed sources, The Times states that the publisher’s new editor Kath Viner chief executive David Pemsel could cut some 100 or more jobs in an effort to claw back £50m in costs over the next three years.
