Trinity Mirror’s has confirmed that its latest offering The New Day will get a phased roll-out in Scotland to “build up more Scottish content and the brand”.
A spokesperson from Trinity Mirror confirmed to The Drum that the release will be limited to Edinburgh initially.
Ahead of the paper’s release on 29 February, rumours have been circulating over the volume of the Scottish release, since the planned “phase-out” insinuates numbers will be limited.
