The Society of General Microbiology has unveiled its new image after revising its vision and mission left its existing branding feeling outdated and uninspiring.
Working with creative agency Firedog, the Society of General Microbiology’s new branding aims to reflect the organisations forward-thing approach when used in both print and digital media.
As the existing branding failed to adapt to digital Firedog created a brand mark suitable for both domains, an ‘M’ device subtly hints towards microbiology without being overly explicit with the design hoping to appeal to the widest range of people.
