Domino’s Pizza is being praised on Twitter for its straight replies to a troll who contacted the food brand to complain that he suffered burns after ‘making love to your pizza’.
Following the American Pie-style comment, the chain suggested that the man contact the company’s head office, before adding that it would ‘look for a way to notify customers of [the dangers of] this in future.’
There are dangers in replying to trolls, and many companies strongly adhere to the policy of not ‘feeding the trolls’ by ignoring such comments left on Twitter.
