Call of Duty drives fans to Facebook messenger for a ‘secure’ chat with Lt. Reyes chatbot

First-person shooter video game Call of Duty is experimenting with chatbots on Facebook as part of its new publicity drive around its annual release for the franchise.

The popular gaming franchise’s social media posts direct fans toward a Facebook Messenger chat with a chatbot, using video to paint it as a “secure channel” as shown below.
