Pokemon Go’s makers face a battle of their own after an irate homeowner launched a trespass lawsuit after his house was swarmed by players of the viral augmented reality hit.
Nintendo, Niantic and The Pokemon Company are facing a lawsuit by an unnamed US man alleges that at least five people chapped his door looking for virtual creatures whilst more wandered around his grounds
The suit also seeks class action status for others who’ve had their property designated as an in-game ‘gym’ and ‘stops’ which increase the likelihood of stumbling upon one of the in-game characters.
