The editor-in-chief of Vogue Italia Franca Sozzani has died at the age off 66 after a long illness.
Sozzani had held the position at the fashion title for 28 years and became an influential figure in the world of fashion.
US Vogue editor Anna Wintour paid tribute on the Vogue website where she wrote about Sozzani’s humanitarian work as goodwill ambassador to fashion for the UN.
