Proving that size isn’t everything, EE and Vodafone have been jointly rated as the UK’s worst mobile phone providers when it comes to customer experience, while Giffgaff has been ranked as the best.
This is according to a report from consumer group Which?, which surveyed 4,026 members of the public on their mobile provider experiences. The population sample awarded both EE and Vodafone customer scores of 50% – the lowest of the providers on offer – while Giffgaff, which runs off O2’s network and offers low-cost, no contract deals, received a customer rating of 81%.
