Full-service agency Heat has appointed a new executive creative director in its San Francisco headquarters – Jason Elm. He joins Heat, which was acquired by Deloitte Digital in 2016, after leading creative at Kansas City independent agency, Barkley.
Before his stint at Barkley running a department of more than 50 creatives, Elm spent 15 years at Deutsch‘s Los Angeles office helping the agency establish itself on the West Coast. He ran the agency’s Sony PlayStation account and won Diamond Foods for the agency.
