Aston Villa Football Club has named online gambling operator Unibet as its principal partner in a deal which includes shirt sponsorship of the club’s men’s and women’s teams.
Part of the Kindred Group, Unibet’s head of marketing UK, Sam Mead, said the brand was “delighted” to partner with the club as as they push for promotion back into the Premier League.
“Unibet genuinely understand football fans and, working together with Aston Villa, will be ensuring we enhance the enjoyment of their fans in all aspects of the beautiful game,” said Mead.
