Having recently updated its News Feed for consumers to have “more lively” and “expressive conversations”, Facebook is expanding the ‘On This Day’ feature with two new updates.
This first is ‘Recapping Your Memories’ where users’ recent memories, will be bundled into a monthly or seasonal memory recap story. Like On This Day, these memory recap stories will show up in the News Feed and are shareable.

Secondly, the current ‘Celebrate Your Friendships’ and other celebratory messages like ‘you have made these number of friend’ will become shareable.
