Buffalo Wild Wings apologizes for racist comments posted on Twitter

Buffalo Wild Wings has apologized after its Twitter account was hacked and posted racist comments.

Highly offensive tweets were sent, including mentions of the young British girl Madeleine McCann who vanished from Portugal over a decade ago and film producer Tariq Nasheed, and involved racial slurs and profanity.

Buffalo Wild Wings in a tweet said: “Well, we were hacked. And it wasn’t funny. We apologize for the awful posts, which obviously did not come from us.”

Even though the tweets was deleted, Twitter was buzzing with conversations about the hack.
