Online marketplace Carousell has appointed 72andSunny Singapore to its creative accounts following a competitive pitch.
The seven year-old start-up competes with the likes of Gumtree and Shopee and is valued at over US$550m following a recent $56m fundraising deal with Napster’s OLX Group.
Part of that deal saw it acquire operations in the Philippines, which is now its seventh largest market alongside Singapore, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Indonesia, Malaysia and Australia.
