Gill Whitehead is to depart Google after three years, The Drum can reveal.
Whitehead joined the tech giant from Channel 4 in March 2016 when she took up the role of senior director of market insight EMEA. Within a year she was promoted to senior director, client solutions and analytics.
Her next role is not yet known. Google declined to comment on its plans to replace her.
Whitehead started her career at the Bank of England and then Deloitte Consulting before making the move into broadcasting in 2005 when she joined the BBC as head of strategy, rising to become Read full story ›
