Generation Z in Asia Pacific (APAC) are putting on a brave face during the Covid-19 as many are struggling to talk about their mental health due to rising pressures.
According to a survey called ‘The Brave Face of Gen Z’, 73% of people of that generation are currently experiencing elevated stress levels due to the pandemic with 57% saying their mental health has worsened.
