British Airways has appointed Forward3D to handle its global paid search account, following a pitch process.
Nick Troup, global acquisition manager at British Airways, said: “What stood out about Forward3D was their combination of market, multilingual, technological and large scale experience that will provide us with the expertise that the business needs to support our growth in the coming years. We’re delighted to be partnering with them.”
The account was held by LBi before the pitch process, which was handled internally by British Airway’s marketing team.
