App Annie, the provider of mobile app performance data, has acquired Distimo with the promise to bring “bigger and better products” to help inform the app business of users.
The acquisition of rival company Distimo, which builds products in the mobile analytics space, comes as App Annie raised a $17 million inside round of funding from its existing investors, IDG Capital Partners, Greycroft Partners and Sequoia Capital.
