Advertisers shun Polish newspaper following ‘LGBT-free zone’ sticker stunt

Major companies ranging from software brand Squarespace to lingerie retailer Bravissimo have pulled their advertising from a right-wing Polish newspaper after it distributed offensive stickers marked ‘LGBT-free zone’ to its readers.

Gazeta Polska drew heavy flak from the business community for its stunt after it was brought to international attention by the Stop Funding Hate social media campaign.
