New Zealand’s national airline, Air New Zealand, is considered the most reputable company in Australia by consumers, according to the Australian Corporate Reputation Index.
The airline climbed five places to top the annual list, edging out Mazda, JB Hi-Fi, which topped the list last year, Toyota, and Australia’s own national airline Qantas.
The annual report, by research consultants AMR in partnership with the Reputation Institute, measures how consumers feel about Australia’s top 60 companies based on products and services, innovation, workplace, citizenship, governance, leadership and financial performance, and ranks them accordingly.
