BBC News has unveiled ‘Japan 2020’, a digital hub on its primary website ahead of the Olympic and Paralympic Games in 2020.
The platform will showcase multimedia content highlighting Japan’s landscapes and cities as well as an in-depth exploration of Japanese culture, innovation and society, according to an official statement.
BBC has also appointed Sarah Keating in the newly-created position of Asia commissioning editor, overseeing vertical stories and videos from the region and acting as editor of ‘Japan 2020′.
