The BBC World Service has launched a new one minute long global news update service designed to keep audiences up to speed with current events with a series of bite-size discrete chunks.
BBC Minute is intended to appeal to the short attention spans of younger audiences and is available to download via iTunes and in partnership with global music radio stations.
