BskyB has had its advert for Now TV banned after the Advertising Standards Authority (ASA) ruled it exaggerated the content of the streaming device.
The ASA investigated after a viewer complained that the ad, which included a number of channel logos, including Sky 1, was misleading as they believed that the number of programmes available on Sky 1 was unlimited.
BskyB said all content featured in the ad was available to their customers to stream at the same time as they were broadcast live, and they had not featured content that could not be viewed on live channels.
